Toby's Super Stutter is made by Puskas Digital, a small family business in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains, in plain language, what the app does with information. The short version: the app collects nothing.
What the app collects
Nothing. The app has:
- No accounts and no sign-in
- No analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking
- No microphone recording. The app only plays sounds; it never listens or records
- No location, contacts, photos, or camera access
What is stored on your device
Your child's practice progress (words practiced, stickers earned, practice sessions), the app's settings, parent notes, and artwork made in the app are stored only on the device, so the app can show progress between visits. A parent may also create a profile for each child with a first name or nickname and an age, so children sharing one device keep separate progress; profiles are created by a parent behind the parental gate and are stored only on the device, like everything else here. This information never leaves the device unless a parent chooses to share it, for example by emailing the progress report from the Parent Dashboard. Deleting the app deletes this stored information.
Children
The app is designed for young children to use with a parent or caregiver. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. Areas meant for grown-ups (settings, the progress report, outside links, and subscription management) sit behind a parental gate.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe, payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple provides us only with basic subscription status (for example, whether a subscription is active), never your name or payment information.
App updates
The app can check for content and bug-fix updates. When it does, the update service may receive basic technical information such as the app version and device platform, the same as any app update. We do not receive or store this information, and it is not used for tracking.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because we do not collect any.

Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes any of the above, this policy will be updated first, the new version will say what changed, and any feature that collects information will ask for a parent's clear permission before it is used.
